Do I need an appointment for a service assessment?

Yes, you do need an appointment. If interior services are requested, we will need access to the interior of your home to give you the most accurate pricing. Your complete estimate can be emailed to you if requested.

Do I need to be present when the work is done?

No, you do not need to be at the property for any exterior work. For any interior work, we will just need someone to give us access or provide access information for the home or business. We will contact you during the job if we have any questions.

Do you use my water?

Yes, we do. Please make sure spigots are in working order by the service date.

Booking and Scheduling

How can I book an appointment?

Scheduling a cleaning appointment with us is a hassle-free process. You can book our services online, via phone, or through chat. Simply share your address, and we will confirm our availability and secure a spot for you.

What areas do you service?

We serve Co. Dublin plus surrounding counties including Co. Kildare, Co. Meath and Co. Wicklow. To ascertain if we serve in your precise location, feel free to get in touch with us.

What are your operating hours?

Our normal service hours are Monday to Saturday, 8am - 6pm. We can often accommodate you during national holidays with advance notice.

What is your cancellation/reschedule policy?

We request you to inform us at least 24 hours prior to your appointed time should you wish to cancel or reschedule, allowing us to manage our schedule efficiently.

Do I need to be present when the work is done?

It is not required for you to be present during the cleaning procedure. We only need a responsible individual to grant us entry or share the relevant details to access the premises. Rest assured, we will reach out to you if any queries arise during the service.

Payments and Invoices

What forms of payment do you accept?

We facilitate payments through various channels including cash, checks, and all primary credit/debit cards, ensuring a smooth transaction process. Payment is due same day upon completion.
