We will dispatch a team to address the issue by re-cleaning the specific areas, typically within the next 24 hours on working days. Please note that we do not offer refunds unless we have the opportunity to rectify the issue.

Transparent Pricing

We maintain a policy of transparent pricing to assure fairness. Note that prices or discounts may vary if there is a discrepancy in the booked services and the actual cleaning requirements of your home.

Respect and Trust

We value your trust in allowing us into your home. We respect your space and are committed to delivering quality service. If there are any discrepancies, we will work diligently to amend them at the earliest convenience.

Pets

We are pet lovers at Clean2Shine. For the safety of your pets and our team, please secure your dogs in a safe location during the service.

Clutter and Extreme Clutter

To facilitate the cleaning process, we request the removal of minor clutters from the cleaning areas. Please note that our team might not be able to clean areas with extreme clutter due to time and resource constraints.

  • Power Washing: Bring new life to your outdoor spaces with our power washing service.
  • Residential Painting

Services We Do Not Offer

We do not offer dishwashing, laundry, shopping, clutter removal, cleaning high-reaching windows, heavy lifting (over 25 lbs), or cleaning of bodily fluids, toys, and pet waste, among other biohazards.

4. ACCESS

Key Access

We ensure secure handling of your keys, utilizing a coded lockbox system to maintain anonymity.

Security Systems

If you have a security system installed, please deactivate it before our team’s arrival or provide instructions for its operation.

5. CANCELLATIONS

Client’s Cancellation

Please inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled cleaning time for any cancellations or rescheduling to avoid charges.

Clean2Shine’s Cancellation

We adhere to scheduled appointments diligently. However, in unforeseen circumstances requiring rescheduling, we will contact you promptly to fix a new date and time.

6. DAMAGE OR LOSS

We are committed to handling your belongings with care. In case of accidents, we will either repair the damaged item or compensate you.

7. PAYMENT

Payment for the services booked must be completed at the time of booking through the specified payment methods on our platform.

8. COMPLAINTS

If you find the service unsatisfactory, please report it within 48 hours. We will do our utmost to address and resolve the issue promptly, including re-cleaning if necessary.

9. YOUR ACCEPTANCE

Hiring our services implies that you agree to abide by these terms and conditions. If there is any part you disagree with, reach out to us before availing of our services.
